In the field of development, we focus on the details of individual products in terms of functionality, quality and reliability. Our development team will make the ideal model for each test series for the test phase by the customer. The development team works with customer feedback. We carry out development at the theoretical level in Autocad and Solid Edge software. The goal is to find a quality and reliable solution at a reasonable price.
Innovation and refurbishment
In the area of innovation of your existing components, we offer operational solutions by modifying obsolete containers for a new customer intention. It is basically a principle of recycling existing materials according to the customer's idea. Very often, several design modifications are enough to transport a new product in existing containers. However, this does not mean that innovation will have to be implemented at all costs. We are able to prepare a price calculation for a new and refurbished product. The customer himself finally decides on the choice of solution.
We prepare documentation for each product. As standard, we supply with the
product: budget, invoicing, 3D drawing of the overall view without dimensions. Invoicing is also a document for a possible complaint. We provide a warranty for the product according to the service life of the product components, but no longer than 48 months from the delivery of the goods.
Production in our company is focused on the end result. Up to 150 employees with a production capacity of up to 2,000 medium-sized transport containers per month with a delivery time of up to 4 weeks participate in direct production . We completely focus production on the client's needs.
We enforce four levels of control due to the capture of the production negatives or the finding of a malfunction of processing according to customer requirements. During the inspections, we carry out feedback reports with the quality inspector to the production manager due to flexibility in eliminating individual degrees of defects.
TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCEDURES
Design in 3D model
Based on innovations and restructuring, we proceeded to the elaboration of project documentation for each type of product. We are able to process drawing documentation for specified orders in 3D according to your designs and requirements using software (Autocad and Solid Edge). This drawing documentation is your property and is included in the price of the product.
Material preparation - Material preparation aims to meet the conditions of complete product preparation
in modular version. The production preparation section is divided into functional groups. Production preparation is directly linked to logistics and performs complete production preparation, including the provision of galvanizing. We are currently capable of large format laser cutting up to 15 mm thick. Commonly used technological processes in preparation include: cutting, shaping, CNS plasma, CNC laser, blasting, metallization, machining, drilling or grinding.
Construction - The construction of steel parts is focused on the accuracy of welded parts.
To achieve the required accuracy and to maintain the angular range, jigs are made for each product, subjected to repeated inspection according to the total quantity in series and the articulation of the product. Welding is done manually, with precise precision. For steel products that are intended for the automotive industry, there is a high demand for accuracy due to the subsequent operation of the transport container by the robot at the customer. We perform welding work in several stages of production.
Surface treatment by painting - Surface treatment by painting is performed according to customer requirements.
The synthetic paint KH13 has proved its worth, which guarantees the required final condition of the surface at a very favorable price. It is a matter of course to apply the basic colors under the top colors. We are able to meet the required range of gloss or matte thanks to long-term cooperation with the paint manufacturer. The color range is supplied in RAL standards. It is not a problem for us to use another type of paint, such as two-component, car paint, acetone, water-soluble, welding.
For surface preparation we use abrasive nozzles in case the surface of the material is excessively dirty. We use a nozzle to modify the surface of the material even in the case of preparation for galvanization. We apply the paints with a high-pressure spraying device, which ensures even spillage of paints on the surface of the material. In the application of paints, we are able to meet the customer's requirements for the strength of the paint.
Final assembly - The final assembly is carried out in two independent centers.
In the first of these, the container goes through the following procedure:
- Rough product assembly
- Assembly of individual parts
- Product testing in a complete set
- Revision of functionality by adjusting individual contact surfaces
After the product is completed by the assembly team, the product goes through a marking team, which templates the product, marks it and applies labels according to the customer's requirements. This team is the last to inspect the production section.
Inspection - In the area of inspection, a series of products undergoes inspection in the range of 10-100% of products.
A quality inspector is available for this, which is managed by the technology department. The inspection is performed by analog measurement, visual inspection, in case of customer's request also by laser.
